For more than two decades, Chef Francesco Nunziata has brought carefully crafted, internationally inspired, gourmet bites and entrees to foodies and American diners seeking to elevate their everyday. Francesco learned the art of crafting gourmet mozzarella back home in a small town outside Naples. He came to America in 1986 with a passion for the culinary arts and a single mindset to bring traditional Italian recipes inspired by those handed down from family, generation after generation. His talent has stretched across cultures, inspired by his travels and passion for the culinary arts. Francesco is proud to present his traditional, hand crafted fresh mozzarellas, including specialties made with Pesto, Parmesan and Prosuitto each presented rounded or treccia (“twisted” ).
